Riverr Flow

For procurement, IT and the clinic’s DPO

Your clinic signs what leaves the clinic

Riverr Flow holds the health-screening report until a named doctor can stand behind the release record. Until then every page carries a SPECIMEN watermark. Employers see aggregates only.

Not a medical device. It copies laboratory flags and doctor decisions. It does not diagnose, triage, or compute a clinical status.

Posture overview

Riverr Flow is the automated release layer for health-screening reports. Care Studio is the review and release surface. My Health is the patient copy. Workforce Health is employer aggregates; any group smaller than ten is suppressed (k≥10). The source is locked before release. Critical results leave the automatic path and follow the clinic’s protocol.

Singapore residency

Data for the service is hosted in Singapore. Documented exceptions go to the clinic’s DPO.

What we say

Data-bearing resources pin to a Singapore region. Where a global cloud service cannot be pinned, the documented exception is explicit — including mandatory platform audit streams, identity store location, and the hosted sign-in handler.

What we do not say

We do not claim universal Singapore residency; the documented exceptions remain part of the posture. We also do not state a hosting provider as a settled fact until contracting confirms it.

Honest boundary. Residency is a design posture shared with your DPO. Third-party processors (email, SMS, laboratory, practice-management, billing) have transfer terms that are confirmed case by case — not asserted as complete on this page.

PDPA and roles with your DPO

Data for the service is hosted in Singapore. Documented exceptions go to the clinic’s DPO. The clinic owns its patient records and clinical content. Riverr processes that data to provide the product. Personal data follows a Singapore PDPA posture agreed with the clinic’s DPO. This page does not name a cloud host or claim a certification.

What we do not claim

If a questionnaire asks for these, the answer is that they are not established. Security evidence is shared in questionnaires and contracting.

Not a medical device

Speed for the clinic. Refusals for the medical director. This is the single most important compliance sentence on the page.

FHIR export and portability

If you leave, you should be able to take what was released. Portability is scoped to released reports — not to inventing a clinical record the clinic never signed.

FHIR R4 of released reports

FHIR R4 export of released reports is part of the product — source export preserves portability, with consent and release checks at download. The signed inner material is not rewritten or enriched with clinical codes during export.

What this page does not claim

We do not claim integration with any named laboratory, practice-management system or receiving system. Connection design and export acceptance are discussed in a sales conversation.
